Paul
Paul has worked within the Healthcare sector since 2005, becoming a company director in 2012. Paul is process driven and has laid the foundations for Intersource Medical to not only be a successful business, but one that delivers the highest possible healthcare for the patients treated within its services. Away from the boardroom, Paul has a regular slot on a worldwide radio station and when time permits, enjoys relaxing by a lake attempting to catch its resident carp.
Kieran
Kieran has spent the last decade specializing within Talent Acquisition for the NHS, recruiting clinical, financial, and operational staff. Kieran currently plays a pivotal role in assisting NHS leaders hit their RTT targets through the provision of customized insourcing services. In his early life, Kieran graduated from Staffordshire University with a Sports Coaching degree and spent his early career coaching youth football for Stoke City Football Club. He is still very much in touch with his sporting side but now spends his time running and cycling.
Grant
Fun fact! Grant graduated university with a Marine and Freshwater Biology degree from Aberystwyth Uni. Grant has worked within the Healthcare sector for last 15 years, specializing in placing radiology and specialist surgery consultants within the locum and substantive markets. It is fair to say Grant has an extensive clinical network. With NHS waiting times ever-growing, insourcing has become a favored solution for many NHS organisations, Grant is positioned to deliver the highest level of quality within his projects offering “service first” solutions.
Becky
Becky is our service focused Delivery Manager. She has a strong ability to listening to the needs of her clients, understanding their requirements, and offering solutions that are fit for purpose. She is methodical in her approach which benefits the end-to-end management of the projects she delivers. In her spare time, Becky plays netball at a very competitive level and plays for a team in the MK indoor league.
Matt
After graduating from The University of York in history, Matt went on to teach English in schools in Japan for 6 years. Matt retains strong links to Japan and is fluent in Japanese. Over the last 16 years Matt has specialized in placing clinical staff into roles within the NHS. Matt’s current focus is the development of new business within the insourcing space, with an emphasis on hard to fill, niche areas.
Hannah
Meet Hannah, our experienced compliance and onboarding consultant. Hannah has a wealth of industry knowledge having worked within the field since graduating from Bedfordshire university. Hannah graduated with a sports and exercise degree and it’s fair to say Hannah’s passion is for Football. She is actively involved with a local Women’s Team in Milton Keynes where she plays as a commanding midfielder with a deadly right foot.
Rhiannon
Rhiannon is an integral part of our compliance and onboarding team. Rhiannon’s professional approach ensures all our clinical teams are onboarded efficiently. Rhiannon leaves no stone unturned ensuring everything is in place before any of our projects go live.
